Can you imagine shopping for your phone like this? Play the video and see what you think. For a long, long time I’ve maintained that this kind of online concierge is required by mobile retailers.

    This looks and is really sweet, way cooler than what some telcos try to do with Microsoft Surface tables in their shops. But I pity the poor call center bastards that have to lift their arms all day to touch these screens. As Apple has found out early on: a touchscreen is basically only useful horizontally.
