A little birdie (well, a sharp little birdie able to use an anonymous tip form) told me that Sharpexit, the ‘escape-a-date’ service, is running a 25p Christmas special offer until 2007.

If you’re planning a date or if you’ve got a dire Christmas Party coming up, Sharpexit will call you at the appointed time and give you an excuse to exit.

Nice. Loved it when I first blogged it. Still love it now.

To use, simply Text EXIT 10 to 80010 (or substitute 10 for however many minutes delay, e.g. 20 minutes). It’s currently 25p + standard text message per ‘exit’.
