I came across this requirement today and thought it might be useful to highlight for some readers:
I am in need of an iPhone developer who can help me finish a project quickly. The timeline is 2-3 weeks. I would only require that you follow my exact guidelines (screenshots and full descriptions of program flow and functionality). I need somebody who can set up the framework of an App and then give me the code so that I can finish it and add some information that we wish to keep quiet until the App is released.
