Apple's iPhone Air: The £999 CEO phone?

It looks nice.

I imagine holding it in your hand will feel good.

It should hopefully look and feel better in your suit jacket pocket.

So if you're a senior executive, I think the iPhone Air is probably a decent choice.

Me? I think I prefer the workhorse level capabilities of the iPhone Pro Max. That's the one I'm going to buy as it's about time I upgraded.

And like any Apple purchase, if you're thinking of buying and you're on the way to the States for a meeting or a holiday, you might want to see if you can buy the device there. In the UK, the Air is £999. In the US, that's equivalent to £738... plus whatever applicable sales tax. Even if you add on 20%, it's still more than £100 cheaper at £885.

Anyway: What are you thinking? Are you tempted?
