Call Centre and MMS

‘The Contact Centre is currently preparing and setting up plans for a group of services. One of the services is GPS (Global Positioning System), the system will send a map of the district where the caller wishes to reach via MMS. The Contact Centre is currently working on signing an agreement with an international company to implement this system, ‘ he added.


Interesting, I’ve heard the phrase "contact centre" and MMS bandied about quite a lot. It’s going to be quite cool when you can phone up a company and be sent back an MMS with stuff you need: instructions, maps, pictures.
