You know I did a piece on Florida-based Individui’s real estate property text service? Well I just had a note in from Steve Hanna of London (Camden) based Cymba. They have a service called TextAgent that does similar.
Whether your agency is sales, lettings or commercial; the clarity & impact of using TextAgent! in your advertising, direct mail or during a valuation as a way to differentiate from the competition you will increase your odds of capturing 24-hour interest.
It all definitely makes sense to me.
I wonder how TextAgent are getting on with some of these numbskull Estate Agents here in the UK? I’m going to see if I can do a Q&A with Steve and get some case studies.
