The number one worst group of people you could ever want to speak to about developing content are mobile phone companies.

Mobile phone operators have proven time and time and time and time and time again that they have absolutely no idea whatsoever about the creation of entertaining content. ("Surf the BT highway with WAP"). 

Focus on providing the pipe, PROPER billing mechanisms and free-up content creation experts like Endemol to adopt and use the medium.
