Oman Air using SMS to communicate with new job candidates

The Oman Air human resources department has inaugurated the SMS service to converse with candidates applying for various jobs.

"Due to numerous applications, HR has introduced its new SMS system, software, which facilitates us to communicate directly via SMS text messages with the candidates to reply to their inquiry messages, and to provide feedback regarding the process, and status of their application. This will also facilitate us to send interview results.

There’s nothing like the ability to get real-time feedback!
