J sent me a note suggesting I check out Itsmy.com which allows you to create your own free mobile homepage or “nickpage” via your mobile. In fact it’s totally mobile-based — there doesn’t appear to be a login page if you’re using your computer. The site asks you to get out your phone and type in mobile.itsmy.com into your browser to begin.

It’s got quite a wicked set of features — from allowing you to create your profile page, all the way to a mailbox, guestbook, ringtones/wallpaper, user-search/friends, moblogging and bluetooth ID cards.

Rather swish. I’m going to give this a go later on when I’ve got a bit of time.
