STEP AWAY FROM THE VODAFONE WEBSITE, ARMS IN THE AIR

I have been hovering around the Vodafone website this evening.

It’s not good practice.

I’ve been browsing their price plans, I’ve been looking at the possibilities. I’ve found myself warming to the concept of a Vodafone account.

Perhaps more worryingly, I’ve found myself thinking, ‘Oh, 29 pence a minute to another mobile user, what a good deal!’

Ah well. Not to worry. There’s no danger of me swapping whilst their data rates are so silly.

But it is rather annoying when your phone just stops polling the network for no discernable reason. Now and again, I get a ton of messages from people trying to phone me only to find my phone on network divert. When I explain that the handset was sat there relaxing, ready for a call, people think I’m making it up!

Could be a handset problem.

Could be a T-Mobile thing.

Could be…… who knows….

Who thinks I’m stupid for even thinking about a Vodafone connection?

Well – in regards to that ^ link – I just got a text from Vodafone:

“Dear Vodafone Customer, the Vodafone mail (email) service has now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

    FYI and all that.
