Link: Bulgaria: Sofia Launches SMS Payment of Parking Tax for All Blue Zone Lots
Starting from October 15, subscribers of the three Bulgaria’s mobile operators, can use simple SMS messages to pay their parking fee in any of the “Blue Zone” parking lots in the capital Sofia.
The announcement was made by Sofia’s Deputy Mayor Velizar Stoilov during Thursday’s Municipal Council sitting.
Wicked. The service has been live since July (although not, I don’t think, on all 3 Bulgarian networks) and has already got 800 users a day.
